I can't say enough positive about Animal Medical Center of Holly Springs, Dr. Haden and staff...but I will try.
Both staff and Dr. Haden are professional and caring. Sometimes it is hard to get both the doctor and the staff on the same wavelength. They ARE on the same wavelength.
2. The Vet Techs & Staff are awesome. Look at their credentials on the clinic's website. I'm always greeted warmly, even though I can be a tough client.
3. I have 4 dogs & 4 cats and Dr. Haden is very conscious of resources and doesn't do tests willy nilly. Dr. Haden, I feel, looks at all alternatives.
4. Boarding. Can not say enough once again. Usually one of my dogs has always gotten sick when boarding. My dogs usually come home frantic, nervous. Boarding with Dr. Haden and staff is different. The one dog has never gotten sick from stress while in their care and they are calm and happy when they come home.
5. Grooming. Excellent. Last clinic I was at kept having my Austrialian Shepherd (who has senstive skin) have infections in his private area after grooming. Never has happened here. Grooming prices are reasonable.
6. I trust Dr. Haden with the well-being of my animals. Dr. Haden seems current in his knowledge and I imagine he is one who is constantly learning.
7. It is not hard to ACTUALLY see and talk to the doctor.
8. Admin Staff. Goes the extra mile. Pulls coupons for you on heartworm preventative, etc. Check-out, Check-in is good.
8. SUMMATION: TRY THIS CLINIC.
